The doctor was good and the sonography was excellent. However, the rest of the clinic does not seem prepared to properly care for pregnant patients. This should be a space of calm, support, and reassurance, not stress and constant worry. Unfortunately, every time I visit this clinic, my experience is worse than the previous one.
Whenever an issue arises, the response is to threaten canceling my payment plan. There is also a serious lack of organization in managing appointment times. My appointment was scheduled for 10:30 a.m. I arrived at 9:30 a.m., understanding that I would not be seen early but preferring to arrive ahead of time. I was not taken into the exam room until 11:40 a.m.
When I was about to leave, I was informed that blood work was required, but the laboratory staff had already left for lunch. I was asked to return later. The clinic asked me to be flexible, yet the same flexibility is not shown toward patients when it comes to appointment times.
Other day in the same week, I had an issue with my insurance, which is active, but there was no consideration for my mental or emotional well-being. The only concern seemed to be changing my payment plan and signing a new contract for $3,500. They attempted to cancel my plan, claiming I missed an appointment, even though I was physically present in the clinic’s financial department resolving the insurance issue.
There is a clear lack of empathy. My husband was also charged for a sickle cell test that was never performed due to the absence of laboratory staff.
In this country, people must work, organize their time, and plan carefully to meet their responsibilities. That is precisely why clinics have schedules and appointments—to respect everyone’s time. I had to take the entire morning off from work, and due to the clinic’s poor scheduling and patient management, I would now need to request a full day off for future visits.
All of this stress is negatively affecting my pregnancy. I should not have to go through this experience every time I come in simply to ensure my baby is healthy. For this reason, I will be looking for another clinic.

I can give a 1000 start if is possible I have a great experience with Dr. Natalia she is amazing she had helped get my 3rd pregnancy possible, i been in different clinics and never had this experience ❤️ so happy and grateful to still have dr who care for patients needs

Desde el primer día me he sentido muy cómoda y en familia en esta clínica. La atención es excelente; todo el personal es muy amable, respetuoso y atento. Las instalaciones están muy limpias, organizadas y bien cuidadas, lo que transmite mucha tranquilidad.
Este es mi primer embarazo, y para mí ha sido muy importante sentirme apoyada y en confianza, y aquí realmente lo he logrado. La recomiendo al 100%, sin duda es un lugar donde te hacen sentir cuidada y acompañada.

Ella fue una dra excelente, me.diagnostico lo que yo presentía, y sus recomendaciones son buenas , fue a mi dra. primaria y me dijo que no tenía nada, hasta un ultrasonido me hicieron en el hospital y no arrojo nada según ellos, y en la clínica dr.esteve dieron con el verdadero problema

Everything was quick and very professional. Dr. Lester was very kind and always with a warmth smile. She gave me all the updates and info about my baby and what's the next step, she answered all my questions and concerns. Dr. Steves is exceptional – kind, patient, and truly professional. He explained every step of my pregnancy and prenatal care with incredible detail and care. The whole clinic team is professional and welcoming, and Carmen during the ultrasound was simply magnificent: gentle, patient, and wonderfully reassuring. I felt in the best hands the entire time. Highly, highly recommend!
